Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Our payment method is via Paypal who accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. In the case of orders shipped from the suppliers we will charge when we have placed the order with them. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You can pay by credit card through this website or over the telephone. If you do not have a Paypal account its easy to set one up via our link.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

Standard Delivery - £4.99 - 2-3 working days, with free delivery for orders over £100
Premium Service - £9.99 - next working day if you place your order before 3.00pm Monday - Friday.
Dapper Cases dispatches International orders using a registered courier service.

In the event a Premium or AM delivery is held or delayed we will refund the Premium or AM charge and will only charge you the standard rate of £4.99 (orders under £100). Dapper Cases will not accept responsibility for delays to deliveries caused by: severe weather conditions, security alerts, national emergencies, "Force Majeure" and other uncontrollable conditions. We will also not accept responsibility for delays caused incorrect addresses, refused deliveries or where a delivery is attempted but there is no-one in at the specified address.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Dapper Cases do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
